Edition 07 – Every stop has to earn its place

One of the easiest ways to weaken a carefully built itinerary is to keep adding to it.
This is especially true with safari travel. There is always another lodge or another reserve that looks too good to leave out.

But every addition creates a trade-off – often an internal flight, a transfer or an unwelcome change of pace.

More movement always translates into more packing, more time in transit and less time actually settling into the experience.

When we built our first Infinite Signature Safari, we were less interested in what else we could fit in, and more interested in whether each stop added something the journey didn’t already have. That means looking at the itinerary as a whole, rather than judging every lodge or destination in isolation.

Every stop has a reason to be there.

That thinking shaped our first Signature Safari.

The result is a journey that feels deliberate from start to finish – and, in our view, brings together some of the very best of Kenya without trying to show you all of it.

A good itinerary leaves things out on purpose.
